After placing your order, two steps start.

Few items will arrive collectively, while others may reach
separately.

Our policy continues for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since
your order was received, we cannot refund or exchange your products.

If your product is in the same condition as you received it and must also be in
the same packing, it is suitable for the return. The customer is also
responsible for the return charges. If your item is damaged/used or faulty then
please contact us.

This differs from country to country. The customer is accountable
for any customs charges that may arise.

We aim to provide you with the best shipping options, it doesn’t
matter where you live. We deliver to tons of customers daily across the globe,
with the guarantee to provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you
at all times.

The period for delivering the order has been divided into two procedures:

Verification of order, quality check, and packing of the order.
All the received orders are then sent to the manufacturers for dispatch within
24 hours. The manufacturers and postal service process the orders, and it takes
around 2-4 days more.

This applies to the time it takes the item/product to be shipped
from our warehouse to the destination. The item is shipped directly from our
suppliers and will take almost 4-13 days to reach the customers within the United
States and 30-45 days around the globe.

If more than 4-13 days have passed for an order shipped in the United States
and 45 days have passed for an order shipped around the globe, then please
contact us to review the status of your order. Reimbursements will be handled
via email if essential.

Only regular-priced items can be refunded unfortunately, sale
items cannot be refunded.

We replace only damaged or defective items. If you want to
exchange it for the same item, then please contact us.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and is directly
shipped to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return,
once we received the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you via
email.

Other than that if the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift
giver had the order dispatched to themselves to give it to you later, we will
send a refund to the gift giver and he will be notified about the return.
